Costs

Net value of order - £1000.00 – Above          Free delivery*                       Courier or pallet network – 1-3 working days

Under £1000.00 will be subject to a delivery charge depending on volume of goods ordered.

Please note our minimum order value is £250.00 net.

*Delivered throughout Mainland United Kingdom only.

European & Ireland delivery costs are dependant on each individual order.  Please contact the Sales Team on 01427 666021 or e-mail sales@fizzcotrade.com for a quotation.

Oversized Deliveries

If the weight or volume of your order is excessive in relation to the value, there may be additional delivery charges to be added, even if your order qualifies for free delivery. These charges would be at our discretion and would be discussed with you prior to despatch.

Wherever possible if your order is placed before 12.00 noon on any working day, then we will endeavour to have it dispatched that same day, this is however subject to the items being in stock.

Should you however wish the goods to be held and delivered at a later date then please ensure that we are notified as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery Address

The goods will be delivered to the address given at the time of ordering. We must be notified of any amendments to the delivery address prior to our Warehouse preparing and packing your order, which can take place up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date. The delivery address given must be accessible for delivery and a recipient must be available to sign for the goods.

Fizzco Trade cannot be held responsible should the goods fail to be delivered, due to an error in the address or if nobody was at the address to sign for the goods. In this instance an additional re-delivery charge will be borne by the customer.

As soon as the goods are delivered to you, they become your responsibility. We will deliver only to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery, any loss or damage to the goods will be your responsibility and at your risk. Any transit damage, shortages or wrong goods supplied, must be noted on the delivery/consignment note at the time of delivery.

Unexpected Delays

Customers will be notified at the earliest available time to advise them of any expected delays to their deliveries.  Fizzco Trade cannot accept any liability for any subsequent losses that the customer may incur due to these delays.

Fizzco Trade reserves the right to cancel or make part delivery on orders without prior notice to the customer, although every effort will be made to advise the customer.
